Ms. VanScoy is the Managing Director of CRAFund Advisors, Inc, the registered investment advisor to the CRA Qualified Investment Fund for which she serves as Portfolio Manager. She worked extensively with other Fund Principals to create the first open-end fixed income mutual fund devoted solely to investing in community development projects. 

She is a well-regarded author, speaker and expert in CRA and through her work has created an extensive network of mortgage originators and municipal underwriters to encourage the production of affordable housing, job training programs and affordable healthcare facilities.

Prior to working with the CRAFund Advisors, Ms. VanScoy was Director of Mortgage Research of SunCoast Capital Group, Ltd, where she assisted existing clients in meeting the Investment Test of the Community Reinvestment Act.

Prior to SunCoast, Ms. VanScoy was a member of the professional staff of Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc., Raymond James and Associates, and Raymond James Bank, FSB.

Ms. VanScoy graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and holds NASD Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 licenses.
