Community Capital Management is the registered investment advisor to the CRA Qualified Investment Fund Retail Shares (CRATX).
The CRA Qualified Investment Fund Retail Shares is a Community Development Bond Fund that invests in fixed income securities supporting community development in low to moderate income areas. The Fund allows individual investors the opportunity to invest in a mutual fund that proactively screens investments that support community and economic development initiatives without sacrificing financial performance. Community and economic development initiatives include: affordable homeownership and rental housing; environmental sustainability; job creation and training programs; affordable healthcare facilities; childcare programs; and neighborhood revitalization activities.
