Community Capital Management offers institutional investors the opportunity to invest in our government-related strategy via a mutual fund, the CRA Qualified Investment Fund Institutional Shares (CRANX), or via a separately managed account. The philosophy, strategy and management of both products are the same. The minimum initial investment is $500,000 in the Institutional Shares (or lower on some of the major platforms) and is $10 million for a separately managed account.
For both vehicles, investments can be customized based on specific community and economic development initiatives or based on predefined geographic regions.
