Community Capital Management offers institutional investors the opportunity to invest in our government-related investment strategy via a separate account product: the Core Fixed Income Composite or via our mutual fund: the CRA Qualified Investment Fund Institutional Shares (CRANX). The philosophy, strategy and management of both products are the same.
For both vehicles, investments can further be customized for institutional investors based on: specific community and economic development initiatives or predefined geographic regions.
